Customer Centricity (CX) is a department which focusing to improve customer experience in their journey as our customer. Most of the works including do customer survey, create action planning and projects to solve the pain points which resulted in increasing customer satisfaction. Through the internship program, will give the opportunity to invlove in many projects and experience real working environment.
Our Qualification :
– Any education background (preferably from Physycology / Communication / Business Management student with interest in Marketing)
– A passion for understanding & improving customer experience
– Have experience as a project manager/communication marketing/conduct customer survey or research
– Good Excel / SPSS skill
– Fluent in English (in all aspects)
– Last Year student (year 3 / 4 In college)
– Good attitude and eagerness to learn new things
